Dinner & Drinks at The Grand Budapest

We met a friend from Seoul who was in town. He's working on the campaign of one of this year's candidates for President. We wanted to take him somewhere new and exciting and decided on Grand Budapest in Dongmyeongdong~

Their menu daunts beef kalbi for barbequing as well as salmon and tuna sashimi~

Thankfully, with the Grand Budapest Set, you can try both!

They have other items like salad and fried chicken/shrimp.

First they brought out "jolmyeon" or spicy cold noodles and some fried seaweed snacks.

We ordered the set as well as some extra kalbi for the three of us.

The cuts of salmon and tuna were beautiful and melt in your mouth delicious

The meat was explained as different cuts of beef that you should start eating from the top down.

Make sure to grease the pan up with a piece of fat provided and then add butter to each piece of meat just before serving. It went so well with tomatoes, mushrooms, and pickled seaweed leaves.
